Rinheat has received an order for a renewal of the TMP-steam reboiler for Hylte Paper mill in Sweden.

Rinheat has received an order for a renewal of the TMP-steam reboiler for Hylte Paper mill in Sweden. The delivery contains a new reboiler upperpart and a new vent condenser. The installation of the new equipment is decided to take place in April 2025.

The target for the project is to renew the old reboiler that has come to the end of its lifecycle and at the same time increase the steam recovery capacity.

The advantages of renewing only the upper part is that you can continue using the lower part, which is made of acidproof material, is often in the same shape as new equipment even after the upper part, made from carbon steel, has come the end of its lifetime. Thereto the renewing of the upper part gives the following advantages compared to a renewal of the whole vessel:



-         Lower investment cost due to less amount of new material

-         Shorter delivery time

-         Shorter installation time

-         Minor piping work. The new upper part nozzles can be installed in the same places 

-         No foundation work

-         Possibility to use old instruments, platforms and pumps
